How long will my order take?
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from approval of your artwork and order details. We’ll contact you if anything is likely to affect this timeframe.

Can I get my order sooner?
If you need your order sooner, please contact us before ordering. A rush service may be available, subject to production capacity and stock availability. An additional rush-order fee will apply.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
If your chosen item is unavailable, we may recommend a suitable alternative of similar quality, style and value. We’ll contact you before making any significant changes to your order.

What type of logo file should I provide?
For the best results, please send a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS or PNG file. If you’re unsure whether your artwork is suitable, send us the best version you have and our team will check it for you.

Will I receive an artwork proof before production?
Yes. We’ll send you a digital artwork proof showing the proposed logo placement and colours. Production will only begin once you have approved it.

Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes. Printed and embroidered samples can be ordered directly from our Sample Store.
Blank garments are also available on request, or you’re welcome to visit our showroom to view our range in person.
